it is about those ppl who think that they only have to pray ALLAH
they spend all their time in prayer just they leave the worldly matter
they don't talk much with ppl
we are not like angles we have families ,mother,father, sister brother and otherelse

there were many ppl who were trying to pray more than our prophet MAY PEACE BE UPON HIM
i think this aayat is about those ppl only
