    Step 1. Flush Out The Toxins

    The fastest way to start losing significant weight is to undergo a detox diet to flush out the toxins that clog up your colon and poison your body. Your system is not designed to digest all those different types of fake foods advertised on TV. You need to clean and "grease up the engine" a little bit.
    Step 2. Restore Your Alkaline Balance
    The single major cause of disease and obesity is acidic residue, caused by our improper imbalanced diet. All this talk about calories is just nonsense. I bet you know plenty of people eating how much they want and not gain weight. How come? They have a more alkaline diet by eating more fruits and vegetables. It's not about calories, it's about pH.
    Most high protein foods and "fake foods" (like doritos, cheerios...) have a higher acidity level than your body. So the body starts producing fat tissue to "glue" to the acidic molecules to try to get back to the normal pH level. Once you start eating a more alkalizing diet, the body's need for fat decreases and you'll start losing weight.
    Step 3. Exercise to increase your metabolism
    There's no way around it so I'll just be blunt with you: You can't lose weight just sitting around. For thousands of years we've been nomads, hunter-gatherers. We actually had to walk to find plants to eat or run around chasing animals. But that's changed recently and the lack of activity is having a huge impact on us. You definitely need to get some exercise.
    To help you keep motivated during this process, start a daily journal and track your progress. Write down what you eat daily, what exercises you're doing and for how long. Your mind is looking for fast satisfaction so being able to track progress is going to he
    lp you stay on course.

      This is really amazing information I really impress to read it, I also include The majority of people drink to little water; water is like a miracle beverage and will increase your health in many ways. Water will cleanse your body of toxins and increase your metabolic rate how much your body burns fat. In fact the only beverage you should be drinking is water if you're super serious about losing weight, but I know that can be hard, but note that water is the only beverage that makes you lose weight

        The best time to do exercise or go for a walk is about half to one hour before having lunch.

            Well balanced diet, including Protein, carbohydrates, vegetables and 5 portions of fruits;
            3 meals a day, so that you do not become hypoglycemic if you are diabetic
            and plenty of water to prevent dehydration and good for constipation;
            no 2nd helping of food to keep your weight down. (I.e DO not be gready)
            Take less salt and less sugar. NO SAMOOSAS! NO LADDOO!
            In fact I never put salt in my food when I am cooking nor do I add it when eating.
            I only take sugar in my tea first thing in the morningto get rapid energy after I wake up and no more for the day
            Early to bed and early to rise (to do your Prayer).
            Exercises/deep breathing exercises/ Keep moving all limbs like when travelling in an airplane; (Doing Namaz is a sort of exercise as well as our duty).
            Fresh air to get pure oxygen and purify your lungs; (Smokers, do not make your nose a Chimney!
            Cleanliness (half of it is Goddliness), will keep you in good form and will keep the doctor away.
            And last but not least, Prevent STRESS which is the basis of any disease. First treatment for STRESS is (From Readers DIGEST): LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE; It costs nothing , and your money is safe from Psychotherapist.
