Hajj 2011 forms available in Uttar Pradesh - India
The forms for hajj pilgrimage, issued by Uttar Pradesh Hajj Committee, would be available from March 15, 2011.
The last date of submitting forms is April 30. In this connection, a meeting of Khudamanne Hajj Committee was held here on Monday. The meeting decided that hajj pilgrims would be given detailed guidelines regarding filling the forms and other details.
Committee member Nazimuddin Ansari said the applicants should fill the details of the main form and attach a copy of passport with it. However, pilgrims whose international passport is not ready should submit a copy of the receipt of passport form application. The applicants will have to submit a fee of Rs 200 along with the form, go-makkah.com
