Ys very true. Anger is the only thing that destroys every thing. It takes all your senses where nothing works. You will forget how to think and response to others. So by controlling anger you can easily save our manners.

Well i have learned many times how to control your rage.. but their are certain tome came in your life that you cannot control yourself but after that you feel repentance of what you did.. Is their some way to control on that moment too.
