For the betterment of a society youth especially student always play vital role. But to make them capable to play there role we need to give them strength that they can give their positive input. Discussions and conferences on different topics give them a chance to boost there knowledge and wisdom too. It is basically the process of sharing knowledge and experiences. The trend of organizing and participating in such discussions and conferences had always been the part of our society which gave us the legendary scholars and great personalities and then they transfer their wisdom to new generations via same process.
Recently I had an experience to be the part of a conference on career development organized by Superior University and Daily Nai Baat. There was panel discussion on different topics of general interest for students. Topics were interesting that have lesson for the students who are going to start there professional career.
In the topic “job vs career” the speaker, unfortunately I forgot the name, pointed out that self actualization necessary and passion is important to reach at the top of the career. To reach at the top of your career people should concentrate on the professional growth rather than salary. But it is not meant that companies need not to fulfill the basic needs of their employee.
“Networking is your networthing” was very interesting topic to explain the importance & positive use of social media. If we represent ourselves at right plate form in a rite manner it would definitely be helpful for us to promote our mission and ideas, But the thing which is important to be honest, true and sincere in any way.
