    Hajj and Umrah both are pilgrimages of Islam undertaken by Muslims all around the world. A person who has not performed any of them, usually fails to comprehend the difference between Hajj and Umrah.     During Umrah, pilgrims do not visit Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah or throw pebbles on the stone pillars signifying devils or offer animal sacrifice. These rituals are only executed during Hajj. Umrah can be executed anytime in the year and there is no fixed time for Umrah but for Hajj there is a specific day and time.
