  • Say: He is Allah, Absolute Oneness

It is related from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri that a man heard another man reciting, "Say: He is Allah, Absolute Oneness" (112:1) and he repeated it. In the morning he went to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and mentioned that to him. It seemed as if the man thought that it was insufficient. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "By the One who has my soul in His hand, It is equal to a third of the Qur'an." Isma'il ibn Ja'far added in an isnad from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, "My brother, Qatada ibn an-Nu'man, informed me from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace..."

    Sahih Bukhari
Hadrat Anas Radi ALLAH Taala Anhu reported that the Messenger of Allah Peace And Blessings Be Upon Him has said, “Everything has a heart, and the heart of the Qur’an is Yasin. Allah records anyone who recites Yasin as having recited the Qur’an ten times.”
