Aisha Radi Allahu Anha se rivayat hai ki Jab Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Bister par let tey to Mu'auwidhat
( i.e. Surat-Al-Falaq and Surat-an-Nas) pad kar apney haathon par phoonktey aur dono haath apney jism par phertey. Sahih Bukhari, 6319

Narrated 'Aisha Radi Allahu Anha: Whenever Allah's Apostle Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam went to bed, he used to blow on
his hands while reciting the Mu'auwidhat ( i.e. Surat-Al-Falaq and Surat-an-Nas ) and then pass his hands over his body,
