The Great Sins
Narrated Anas bin Malik (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "The biggest of Al-Kaba'ir
(the great sins) are (1) to join others as partners in worship with Allah,
(2) to murder a human being, (3) to be undutiful to one's parents (4) and
to make a false statement," or said, "to give false witness."
Bukhari
Hadrat Anas Radi ALLAH Taala Anhu reported that the Messenger of Allah Peace And Blessings Be Upon Him has said, “Everything has a heart, and the heart of the Qur’an is Yasin. Allah records anyone who recites Yasin as having recited the Qur’an ten times.”

Yes these are very dangerous and shameful sins for every human being just not for Muslims only, to give false witness and to be undutiful to one's parents are bad for every religious society.
