    * Hadith about Father *

    It is narrated in Hadis, The Prophet of Rahmah, the Intercessor of Ummah (May Peace and blessing of Allah be upon him) said to a Man, "You and all your wealth belong to your father". (Sunan Ibne Maja, Hadis 2292, Volume 3, Page 81)

    Hadrat Anas Radi ALLAH Taala Anhu reported that the Messenger of Allah Peace And Blessings Be Upon Him has said, “Everything has a heart, and the heart of the Qur’an is Yasin. Allah records anyone who recites Yasin as having recited the Qur’an ten times.”
    [Sunan Tirmidhi, Vol 2, Page 116 - Sunan Daarimi, Vol 2, Page 336]

    The father works hard to provide physical, educational and psychological (and spiritual) needs for their children. It is a matter of common courtesy that if a person does you some favor you feel obliged to him. Verbally you say ‘thank you’ to him. You try to repay and compensate him for his gifts and favors. You feel a sense of gratitude towards him. So it is with Allah and with parents. Allah’s favors cannot be counted or repaid except by thanking Him and obeying His orders. After Allah our parents deserve our thanks and obedience for the favors they had done us.
