ذنوبه ولو كانت مثل زبد البحر .

WHoever will say LAILLAHA ILLA ANTA SUBHANAKA INNI KUNTU MINAZ ZALIMEEN,

whenever he is in sorrow,

Allah will take away all his sorrows

just like he saved YUNUS A.S, when he was inside the fish.

من قال ( لآ إله إلآ إنت سبحانك إني كنت من الظالمين ) و هو في شده فرج الله عنه ... كما فرج عن يونس عليه السلآم عندما قال هذه الكلمات في بطن الحوت

The Prophet said, “(There are) two words which are dear to the Beneficent (Allah) and very light (easy) for the tongue (to say), but very heavy in weight in the balance.

They are:Subhan Allah wa-bi hamdihi’ and ‘Subhan Allah Al-’Azim.”

قال عليه الصلاة والسلام كلمتان ثقيلتان في الميزان حبيبتان إلى الرحمن

سبحان الله وبحمده

Ibn-al Qayyaum R.A said: the things that make the body sick are:

قال ابن القيم رحمه الله

أشياء تُمرض الجسم

Too much talking,

Too much sleeping,

Too much

Eating

الكلام الكثير

Jabir reported that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said, 'Whoever says Subhan-Allah-al-Azim wa bihamdihi (Glorified is Allah, the Great, with all praise due to Him), will have a palm tree planted for him in paradise.''Reported by Tirmidhi

من قال سبحــــان الله وبحمده .

غرست له به نخلة في الجنة .

Juwairiyah bint Al-Harith (May Allah be pleased with her) reported, the Mother of the Believers:

The Prophet (PBUH) came out from my apartment in the morning as I was busy in performing the dawn prayer. He came back in the forenoon and found me sitting there. The Prophet (PBUH) said, “Are you still in the same position as I left you.” I replied in the affirmative. Thereupon the Prophet said,

“I recited four words three times after I had left you. If these are to be weighed against all you have recited since morning, these will be heavier. These are:

Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi, `adada khalqihi, wa rida nafsihi, wa zinatah `arshihi, wa midada kalimatihi

من قال سبحان

الله وبحمده عدد خلقه ورضا نفسه وزنة عرشه ومداد كلماته ثلاث مرات

سباق مغري إلى الجنة

Say

قل ' سبحان الله والحمد لله ولا إله إلا الله ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله والله أكبر '

Or

' سبحان الله والحمد لله ولا اله إلا الله والله أكبر ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله '

Or

' لا إله إلا الله العظيم الحليم '

Or

' لا إله إلا الله رب العرش العظيم '

Or

' لا إله إلا الله رب السماوات ورب الأرض ورب العرش الكريم '

Or

' اللهم يا رحمن يا رحيم يا حليم يا عظيم يا تواب يا كريم '

Or

' اللهم إنا نسألك باسمائك الحسنى وصفاتك العلى خير هذه الدنيا و ترزقنا من رزقك يا رب '

Or

' وباسمك الأعظم الذي إذا سئلت به اعطيت وإذا دعيت به أجبت أن تجيرنا من شرور الدنيا و من كل من بنفسه شر و ترزقنا و ترحمنا و تعافينا و تعفوا عنا '

Or

' اللهم اغفر لي ولقارئ الرسالة ومرسلها و والديهم '

Or

' اللهم اغفر لنا وارحمنا وعافنا واعفو عنا '

Or
