Thread: Luminus - Manners, A rhyme I wrote a few days back :p

As I put my foot down to walk not to stroll
Coz I've heard and I was told
How to live a life,
how to walk, eat, and stay upright
They some manners that you must be told in your life
You gotta listen and learn'em as you walk on the Path that is Right
'Told how to clean your nose,
face-hands up till your elbows,
The same thing with your eating goes
You a Musllim, a Muslim always keeps him clean
Not a dirt, not even a stain-on your Iman, on your soul,
not even on the clothes-man you gotta understand
I don't like (false) dictatorship nor I'm dictatin' you
Its just the basic things you should know as a Muslim boo!
I know those rhymes seem so glitterin' and they salute
Like you've done a great thing puttin' together a track or two
But Its only a perception man and it'll lead you to a fire which'll burn you
This not a life a Muslim should live,
check out your vows and motives
We all should live our lives the same way like our Prophet (Peace be upon him) had lived
Chasin' the west and livin' accordin' to it won't help a bit
I hope my people understand this before they thrown in the pit
Its time to get up my people yo with a hit
Before your time expire and you put down in the fire
Coz if you won't abandon your desire (of livin' the american dream--its just a nightmare)
But boy the more you'll get higher,
Eventually you'll get caught up under the fire
