Our NABIprohibited laying downwards on the stomach or laying flat on the back with one leg on top of the other (TIRMURZI AND MUSLIM)
To sleep on the right side facing towards the Qibla and to sleep with the right hand under the hend with the knees bent (BUKHARI)
To sleep in the state of purity (ATTARGHEEB)
To sleep with the intention of getting up for thahajjud (NISAAI)
