ARABIC COFFEE (KAHWA)

3 tsp. Arabic coffee
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. water
Pinch of cardamom

Put water and sugar in a small pot and stir on low heat until sugar dissolves. Add coffee and a pinch of ground cardamom to sugar and water and keep stirring until boils. Take off heat for a few seconds and stir. Then turn pot to heat until boils again. Pour into 2 demitasse cups.
