  • Sunnah about eating food

It is narrated by Hazrat Jabir Bin Abdullah رضی اللہ عنہ, the Noble Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم never criticized any food (he was invited to) but he used to eat if he liked the food, and leave it if he disliked. (Sahih Bukhari, Hadis 5409, Volume 3, Page 531)

Hadrat Anas Radi ALLAH Taala Anhu reported that the Messenger of Allah Peace And Blessings Be Upon Him has said, “Everything has a heart, and the heart of the Qur’an is Yasin. Allah records anyone who recites Yasin as having recited the Qur’an ten times.”

Islam teach us many etiquette's of eating and drinking. The Prophet(PEACE AND BLESSINGS BE UPON HIM) made a point of developing remarkably clean and healthy eating habits among his followers.
      JazakAllah
