As-Salaam alaikum,
In ayat 4 of Surat Qalam of the Holy Qur'an (68:4), Allah Ta'ala says, in reference to the character of His Messenger, Prophet Muhammad, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam:--
"And you are surely on an excellent standard of character."
