'Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah'.

    'As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu.'

Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:-

The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)

used to break his Saum (fast)
    before performing Maghrib prayer
    with three fresh date-fruits.

if there were no fresh date-fruits,
    he

    would eat three dry dates.

and if there were no dry date-fruits.
he would take three draughts of water.

    [At-Tirmidhi] .

‎"Fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before
you, that you may attain taqwaa."

    Quran: 2:183]....

    Notes:-

It is well to keep the priorities of things mentioned in the Hadith
as one gets the reward of following the Sunnah of The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) in breaking their Saum.

My ' Salaams ' To You All.

Hadrat Anas Radi ALLAH Taala Anhu reported that the Messenger of Allah Peace And Blessings Be Upon Him has said, “Everything has a heart, and the heart of the Qur’an is Yasin. Allah records anyone who recites Yasin as having recited the Qur’an ten times.”
