Please find the below link appears whenever I clicked on my profile.

You are requested please rectify the same by uploading my profile with the correct linkings.

Please note that I have registered on the 123muslim forum by the name of tanveer.shaikh.
Where as my profile always shows the name of Faisal.Shaikh, which not related to my profile.

Whenever I click on my profile, instead of my information all information apperaed was about Faisal.Shaikh.
For your ready reference I have attached the snap shots.
