Salatul Tasbeeb can be offerd and one will get the rewards mentioned as it is mustahib to read it.

Mustahib means that one will get reward if offerd the prayer and if not then nothing.

i have read this tasbeeh before in a jammaat on 27th night of ramadan its brilliant but sometimes we get confused and forget to read " Subhaan Allahi Wal Hamdulillahi Wa Laa ilaha illal Laahu Wallahu Akbar "

becasue we are not used to it in our normal namaaz. i hope i can one day be able to read it on my own.
