How light on the tongue is saying Subhanallah and how heavy on the scales is it?

Sa`d bin Abu Waqqas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
We were with the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) when he asked, “Is anyone of you unable to earn a thousand good deeds?” One of those present asked: “How can one earn thousand good deeds in a day?” He (PBUH) replied, “By saying: Subhan Allah a hundred times, then one thousand good deeds will be recorded for him or one thousand sins will be blotted out from his record.” [Muslim].

Subhanallah! this can be said no matter what we are doing with our day for it is so easy and light on the tongue but the rewards are unimaginable and we will regret the seconds we wasted without saying SUBHANALLAH!

He who does a good deed will have ten times the amount of blessings, and I [Allah] shall give more, but he who does an evil deed will have an equivalent reward of evil, or I shall grant forgiveness. If anyone draws the length of a span near Me, I shall draw the length of a cubit near him, and if anyone draws the length of a cubit near Me, I shall draw the length of a fathom near him. If anyone comes to Me walking I shall come to him at a run, and if anyone meets me with sins of the size of the earth, but has not associated anything with Me, I shall meet him a similar amount of forgiveness.
                (Muslim).

Whoever visited a sick person or visits his brother in Islam, a caller calls from the skies: “You have done well and your walk was good also, and you have earned a place in paradise”. [Tirmidhi]

                            Want a guarenatee of forgiveness?

From the acts that guarantee forgiveness is being generous with the spreading of salaam [i.e., frequently greeting] and good speech. [at-Tabarani]

So let us be VERY generous with giving salaam and controlling our tongues so that only goodness comes out from our mouths and nothing foul or no useless talk.

May Allah give us all the ability to act upon this. Ameen

                              Narrated / Authority Of: Aisha
(the mother of the faithful believers) Al-Harith bin Hisham asked Allah's Apostle "O Allah's Apostle! How is the Divine Inspiration revealed to you?" Allah's Apostle replied, "Sometimes it is (revealed) like the ringing of a bell, this form of Inspiration is the hardest of all and then this state passes ' off after I have grasped what is inspired. Sometimes the Angel comes in the form of a man and talks to me and I grasp whatever he says." 'Aisha added: Verily I saw the Prophet being inspired Divinely on a very cold day and noticed the Sweat dropping from his forehead (as the Inspiration was over).

Feeding the poor and greeting other Muslims

A man asked the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam), "What sort of deeds
