Urdu Tranalsation of hadith:
Hisham radi allaho anho shaam ke mulk mein kuch logon ke paas se guzrey to wo dhup mein khadey they aur unkey saron par tail (Oil) daala gaya tha unhoney pucha ye kya hai logo ne kaha sarkari mahsul (tax) dene ke liye unhey saza di jati hai unhoney kaha mainey Rasoollallah sallallho alaihey wasallam se suna hai ki Aap sallallho alaihey wasallam farmatey they Allah azab karega un logon ko jo duniya mein logon ko azab kartey hain.

English Tranaslation of hadith:
Hisham Radi allaho anho happened to pass by people, the farmers of Syria, who had been made to stand in the sun. He said: What is the matter with them? They said: They have been detained for Jizya. Thereupon Hisham Radi allaho anho said: I bear testimony to the fact that I heard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Allah would torment those who torment people in the world.
